This blog is about my life and thoughts as a human rights attorney dedicated to law and justice and being a follower of Jesus. This blog is as much about my faith journey as it is about my career as an attorney, as these two aspects of who I am are all tangled up together. This blog is about trying to make sense of the tangled mess.
My screen-name, AttrnyX23.1-9, is a reference from the Hebrew Bible in Exodus 23.1-9 that calls on society to administer justice without being swayed by politics, public opinion, wealth or corruption. And it calls on society to take special care of the poor and immigrant. As an attorney, I want to continue this call to justice.
